I was able to squeeze in some painting duriing my recent trip to visit my daughter, Ally and her husband, Brandon.

I decided to paint the view from her doorstep- which I call…The View from Ally’s Doorstep.

I did this watercolor in my sketch book looking toward the barn in Rochester, Il.

Here is another on location painting of the North Beach Jetty on Tybee Island. I have six other paintings in the works.

This the Jetty at North Beach…I had to move because the tide was coming in…

One of the six in the works is one I began the other day from the pier on Tybee Island with a view toward Hilton Head, SC.

I have to finish everything this week.
